Requirements

Proven experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide proactive support and recommendations.
